Welcome to the Cowichan Valley Roller Derby Association Website! We are an all inclusive, community driven amateur sports league with both adult and junior teams. We strive to make friendships, get fit and have fun! Roller Derby is an exciting full contact sport that increases your agility, strength and stamina. Game play is strategic as well as gruelling!

Not into being knocked around? That’s ok! We have lots of ways you can become involved with this amazing group of people! We are always looking for referees and Non-Skating Officials (or NSO’s) and we will teach you everything you need to know!

No skates? No problem! We have loaners as well as links to new and previously loved derby gear. Summer is a great time to get outside and skate in the fresh air! Come out and join us, can’t wait to meet you!
